Mark Moran
Mark Moran brings over 40 years’ experience in health and aged care, building on a family legacy that began in 1956 with his parents, Doug and Greta Moran. His career spans leadership roles across health policy, philanthropy and enterprise, including the creation of a major pharmaceutical supply organisation supporting hospitals and aged care providers nationwide. Together with his wife, Evette Moran, Mark co-founded the Mark Moran Group, now Australia’s most awarded retirement and aged care organisation. His lifelong commitment to innovation, quality and community-led care continues to shape new standards in how people live and age well.

Evette Moran
Evette Moran, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of the Mark Moran Group, leads the organisation’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations with a clear focus on excellence, innovation and care. Her leadership is grounded in creating enriching, high-quality environments where older people can truly thrive. Recognised internationally as a global influencer in aged care and seniors living, Evette has received multiple prestigious awards for design, leadership and workplace culture. Her visionary approach continues to set new benchmarks across architecture, interiors, wellness and community-led living — reshaping how ageing is experienced, in Australia and beyond.

Rob Drake
Rob Drake brings over 40 years’ experience across infrastructure investment, banking and law, having worked with organisations including InfraRed Capital Partners, Macquarie Capital, Baker McKenzie and Corrs Chambers Westgarth. His career spans a broad range of social and economic infrastructure projects, including aged care, health, education, transport, energy and renewables. With deep, hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of major projects, Rob provides clear, commercially grounded insight, combining big-picture perspective with a strong understanding of risk, governance and long-term value creation.

Arthur Koumoukelis
Arthur is one of Australia’s leading legal experts in aged care, retirement living and seniors housing, with more than 30 years of experience advising providers, operators, financial institutions and not-for-profit organisations. Recognised as one of Australia’s Best Lawyers in Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law since 2011, Arthur is a trusted adviser on governance, regulation, transactions, development and commercial strategy, and is widely respected as a thought leader across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Amit Patel
Amit Patel is passionate about the Mark Moran Groups vision as world leaders & innovators in the retirement & aged care industries. A member of the Mark Moran Group’s Executive team, he has over 15 years of aged care experience. Amit holds multiple degrees in Finance, Business & Front-Line Management making him uniquely qualified to oversee Group Operations. His strength lies in his hands on approach to management, his team appointments and ensuring he is across all aspects of the day to day operations of the group.
RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE MANAGER
Michelle Rajanaidu
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of South Australia and brings experience as a Registered Nurse across Adelaide and Queensland. She progressed into leadership roles before becoming a key member of the clinical management team at Mark Moran Vaucluse. Over three years, Michelle advanced from Clinical Care Coordinator to Residential Aged Care Manager, building strong relationships with residents, families and staff. She is passionate about fostering a positive culture and delivering compassionate, high-quality care that makes a genuine difference.
SALES AND DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Max Moran
Mark Moran Group. Working closely with Mark and Evette, he brings strong insight into the Group’s values and community-focused approach. Since joining the business full-time in 2018, Max has led lifestyle initiatives at the Vaucluse flagship before moving into residential sales, where his knowledge of the Group and passion for service support meaningful engagement with prospective residents.
WELLNESS MANAGER
Nauman Siddiq
Nauman Siddiq brings a holistic, people-first approach to wellbeing across the Mark Moran Group. With a strong background in wellness, movement and community engagement, he focuses on creating programs that support strength, balance and quality of life at every stage. As Wellness Manager, Nauman works closely with residents and teams to shape inclusive, accessible experiences — from movement and mindfulness to social connection — helping foster a vibrant, active and supportive community environment.
Board Member
Sally Cox
Sally started her career in nursing 50 years ago qualifying as a Registered Nurse and an Orthopaedic specialist. She spent 20 years working in acute care before moving into Aged Care for the last 30 years. Over that time, she completed a Masters and Graduate Diploma in Gerontology and has worked as a Director of Nursing, a State Residential Care Manager and Clinical Operations Executive in both not for profit and for profit organisations.
She also worked as an external assessor for the Aged Care Quality Commission gaining experience and a deep understanding of the complex intricacies of the industry, in addition to clinical governance requirements within a strong regulatory framework.
Sally served as the elected staff representative on a not for profit Board for 15 years which provided further insights into corporate governance, finance, and strategic planning.
Sally is an active director using a “hands on” practical approach based on experience and collaboration, which will assist the Board develop strategies, deliver clinical excellence, resolve concerns, and provide advice.
