We are absolutely delighted and honoured that Mark Moran Warrawee has won two of the most significant awards for Australia and Asia at the 5th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (held by the equivalent of Realestate.com for all of Asia) at the end of 2022.

Max Moran represented us at the end of the year where after a rigorous judging process we won:

  1. Winner: Best Senior Living Interior Design (Evette Moran)
  2. Winner: Best Senior Living Development (Mark Moran Warrawee)

The PropertyGuru Group is Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company. The Awards in Australia were presented in 28 categories, recognising developers and projects that appealed to property seekers of various age and income groups throughout Asia Pacific.

This year’s Awards in Australia honoured homes that catered to the country’s diverse demographics which included Mark Moran Group winning Best Senior Living Development for Mark Moran Warrawee.

The awardees were chosen by an independent panel of judges, namely Lui Violanti, chairperson of the Awards and regional manager of Western Australia for Inhabit Group; Benson Zhou, director of Savills Melbourne and divisional head of Asia in Victoria; Ivan Lam, ​head of international business, Charter Keck Cramer; Jessica Liew, director, Plus Architecture; Peter Li, general manager, Plus Agency; Richard Newling Ward, director, Bayleyward; Sandra Furtado, co-founder and director, Furtado Sullivan; and Steven Yu, founder and CEO, Valorton Group.
