At Mark Moran Vaucluse, registered nurses are on duty 24 hours a day; seven days a week and are supported by our clinical team to ensure the best quality care around the clock.

On admission, a qualified physiotherapist will meet with you personally and undertake a detailed physical assessment to guarantee the best physiotherapy plan. Regular evaluations ensure a continual update of physiotherapy care is provided.

Our care model integrates Allied Health, hospitality, lifestyle and wellness services with traditional clinical care to provide a holistic and safe experience, ensuring comfort, happiness and health.

We cater for personal preferences and specific dietary requirements, our residents invited to participate in the creation of our seasonal, Dietician approved menus. Residents can choose what they would like to eat from our menu plus what time and where they would like to eat. Every resident enjoys the privacy of a spacious room with ensuite bathroom, fitted with the best-quality amenities such as the Australia-first Circadian Lighting which emulates the natural cycle of the sun through the day; improving metabolic and immune functions by supporting the body’s response to light and melatonin production and particularly powerful when managing behavioural issues.
