"You are appreciated very much – you are all amazing and go above and beyond your call of duty to help others in their vulnerable moments. My heart is full of love for all you did for us."
Mary C, Family of Respite Resident
"Thank you again for my mum. She is very well cared for and feels safe and secure. She says the staff are really lovely. It is a huge relief for me to know she is in such good care."
Lesley N, Family of Resident
"I just wanted to say thank you to you and all of the staff for the wonderful support you provided for my mother over the past couple of weeks. The family conference was greatly appreciated and gave us real insight into what activities mum had been involved in and also ideas for current and future support. We also felt that the staff had made a genuine connection with her and understood her needs. Most importantly however has been the feedback from Mum herself. She did not stop singing the praises of the facility, the meals, the activities (especially the singing) and mostly the 'lovely, caring staff'. She kept saying that if she needed to go into a place full time then she would be happy to go to Little Bay, 'Nowhere else!'. She repeated this at least 20 times over the course of the afternoon/evening. This is a remarkable statement given that mum has always been very afraid of what she refers to as nursing homes and of being put into a home and never being let out again."
Rainy S, Family of Respite Resident
"Thank you for extending Mum's respite so far and the care and compassion you and your entire team have shown us, especially me, during a super stressful time. I think you can tell from Mum's health that coming to Little Bay has been the best decision I could have made. I would highly recommend you all to anyone."
